Thread: E-Mail verifation and not gettin an e mail back to verify solution.

ok for some months now ive used ad posted on the forum, few days ago i tried to post but couldnt as e mail wasnt verified?


i e mailed support and spoke to csr's, was told to delete cookies and set security settings to default none of which worked.


i spoke to someone on the chat and they had found a resolution that works so here it is........


go into your profile and set your skin back to the old one (before the jtl forum skin) apply that then go back to the e mail verification page, click on change e mail and put in the same e mail address your currently using anyway and you will be sent the e mail to verify it then. Worked for me.



Trying it out again.............still feel the shaft tho not even a knight anymore

I've had this same problem, and after emailing soe support, the answer was:


Check your junk e-mail folder.

I just used a different e-mail address, and it worked fine.
