Absolutely nothing would be my answer.

I tried to sell it to one jedi but he said that they only work for jedi and wouldn't buy it he rather have it givento him.

whats their purpose if no one hologrinds anymore?

I think they regen force pool for jedi.

I've seen them sell for 250k+

yes, they eat them or something and 250K is not enough to charge IMO..

they should charge 500K or more

They regen a jedis HAM bars instantly.

A jedi can "eat/consume" 1 a day.

They have and are still being sold on Farstar for 1 mill as BO.

They repair the force bar for Jedi and they sell for around 200k

Holocrons have a better use. Mix 2 holocrons with 2 Padwan Braids (looted as part of a quest on Dantioone, may not still be there) Move them Up, over a little, mix well.. and Poof, Instant hanging glowy dice for your Multiplayer ship's cockpit.
