I am most curious about how big a radius you have to place your houses for the required 10 when you first drop your city hall. Then when you get your city hall up and have your 10 citizens does the radius grow so you can have enough space for 20 ctitzens and so on for all the levels of a city. I tried reading in the advanced player city guild but it didn't state the actual size of a radius you got to place houses.

When you first place a city hall, your city radius is 150m (300m across). Each week, a city will "expand" to cover a larger area if you have the required amount of citizens. Politicians (the mayor) only get XP at this time and only by getting votes from citizens (people with declared residences). 1 vote = 100xp.
There is no *cap* to how many citizens you can have. The only restriction is how many houses can you fit inside your city of a limited size.
