Just looking for some help:

1. Is there anyway to reset your progress about completing missions on a planet? For example, wipe all completed missions from your records for a planet. Someone mentioned to speak to a "planet record keeper". Is there a list somewhere that shows the locations of these people?

2. There are some neat items I want to keep..... but I have the hand them over to complete the mission. Is there a way to stick these in a back pack, say I couldn't complete the mission, and keep the item? Then start the mission over again? Do I have to have the backpack equiped? Or should I not be wearing it?
