Thread: Guild Hall/Lot trade

Okay,
What I am interested in doing is buying and guild hall and then having someone place it for me in a static lot trade. I've been reading a bit about this and don't know if that is possible. From some of what I am seeing, only the owner can place items in the building. Is this correct? I'm not wanting a guild, just my own little castle to roam around in. I know the maint. is a bit high but that isn't a problem. Any thoughts on this and if it would be possible. Somebody help me out here!!!

I'm not sure if lot trades are a sanctioned event, and I do know that there is rumour of a "lot trade" nerf, or so I have heard, but to answer your question...
Anyone on the admin list of a structure can place items or remove items. Only the owner can redeed though.
Basically what you need to do is find someone on another server who is willing to create a character on your server and place the guild hall for you. They would in turn, usually, expect you to do the same for them. I see Lot trade/swop posts in trade forums everyday. They don't seem to be flamed as much as they used to...

Thanks a bunch!!! That is exactly what I needed to know. I didn't want to place the thing and then not be able to use it. If it gets nerfed then oh well!!! I will try it out and see.
