Today I logged in both characters, one was jedi, the other is the 2nd character. When I did they both had 0 credits, and most of the items in the inventory were either missing or moved around, even some stuff had been moved from one character to the other, as well as some things missing from my houses. All in all about 200+ items are missing, maybe more. I made a CSR ticket and they said to free up inventory, and wait 24 hours. but why would stuff disappear from my house as well as all my credits? Anyone else had this happen before? Both of my characters logged back in in exactly the same spot and state as when I logged them offthe last timeeverything worked. Just seeing if this happened to anyone and what was done by CSR's to fix it.

i have had similar things happen .. it appears that if you pick up items from within a house that is near a zoneline and then travel across that line the items dissapear from you inventory ... then you basically have to wait 24 hours for them to re-appear ... about the only option i was given .. is move my house further away from the zoneline ... heh sorry not much help .. but the items should re-appear ... the credits being missing tho never had that happen .. that sounds almost like someone else had the account logged in

Sure does to me too. However, this week "mysterious" things have been happening to my equipped armor. I had just picked up some replacement armor from my house below Theed waterfall and was headed back into Theed, overt. On the edge of my radar I noticed a few red dots in front of the SP, and seems they noticed me too. I did an about face, crossed the east bridge and dismounted from my swoop to see if I could get in a few poisons tosses before they tied me to their bumper and dragged me through town. Well, I tossed, they tossed,I ran,they chased (hey, three against one), I was in third person and just as I started down the cliff I noticed my helmet wasn't on. Hrmm....I just picked that up from my house. Distinctly remember equipping it and loading in my hotkeys. Went to 6th pane of hotkeys, helmet gone, opened inventory, helmet gone. Wrote a polite ticket to CSR and they said pretty much the same thing, Empty inventory, make sure nothing is equiped where item was lost and camp out for at least 45 min. So I camped out all night. Next evening, no helmet still. Couple days laters, composite boots failed on repair. Went back home got another pair. Did some hunting, returned to starport and noticed I was running around barefoot. No boots in inventory, no boots on hotkeys. A day later, bicep wore out. Got another one form house, did some faction farming then noticed the same bicep I had just replaced was not equiped. Not in inventory, not on hotkeys. My house is RIGHT on the no build zone. Possible that had something to do with it. I've noticed CSR's have placed a couple houses almost on my front porch where I haven't even been able to plant a personal harvester over the past few months.

CSR DID say they know that it's a problem and was VERY apologetic about it but. Lucky for me I'm not a young player that scrimped and saved for that first suit of armor only to have it start disolving on me before I even put the first dent in it.

So that was three items for me in as many days just this week. Can't imagine losing 200 items plus credits overnight....but hey, it's SWG. We've learned to expect that every day will bring a new adventure.

well as of right now i have lost a +5 dancing mind enhancement CA ... that never re appeared in my inventory after it poofed at a zoneline ... a chestplate that was brand new, several ship components .. and various junk items ... the credits part is waht sounds like someone was logged in .. less the above person uses a guild hall for a home and withdrew them from the treasury in the house ...

the dissapearance is linked to exiting your home which is near a zoneline and crossing said zoneline before the server saves what is in your inventory ... so it doesnt register you as having it when you cross the line ...

most of the time the csr's will re-emburse the items .. less they can not verify it when looking through your logs ... only item i have not gotten back yet is my +5 CA .. heh they can't find where it was .. and because it is currently missing (did not reappear in a bag with other ca's when the bag reappeared like 24 hours later) they cant find it either ...

yeah they know it is a bug and say they are working on it .. but it can be very frusterating ... i am on a new server and every item that disappears costs me money
