Thread: A question about CSR

Hi. Does anybody here know if the CSR's are working today? I have a really big problem (and I mean really big) and need help from CSR ASAP. Just wondering if they work weekends (I hope they do otherwise I'm stuck until Monday)

That's what I thought but have been helped now. Now I can see things again 
. Thanks goes out to CSR-brettc for helping me. CSR helped me really fast and have never had any problems with CSR before so I have only good words to say about CSR. Happy Thanksgiving my American friends

I have emailed support regarding a major issue I am having for 2 weeks and they never response. I think they train there support to ignore people.

They work at the weekends but that doesn't necesarily mean they will help you
What's your problem? I'm afraid to say you are far more likely to get an answer from someone in here or in the 'Technical Forums' if that is more the nature of your problem.
