Anyone else got a problem like this?

I noticed with my main char that i couldn't see my factory placed with my second char anymore. Suddenly logged over but i can't see it there too, just like other people can't see it. I also got no mail indicating that there wasn't enough maintenance?!

Yup, happened to me as well. The devs need to fix this problem really fast.

I LOST 2 Heavy Minerals and 1 Fusion Power Generator.....Sent in tickets to CSR's got some crappy auto response message........Never got my Harvestars or Power gens. back....This is lame........And of course we wont hear anything from the devs on this.....

I know i may sound condecending writing this, but some people really dont know that it can be done, so i applogise in advance, but have you submitted a /bug report? the more people that submit them when an error takes place, the higher the liekly hood that it will be attended to

I wrote ticket and bug report. I just asked here if someone had the same problem.

It was under my buddies lots on his jedi and he levels his jedi everyday. He sent in CSR ticket #1, got an auto response, and then they closed thie ticket on him which is a no-no for a CSR to do. So he sent in CSR ticket #2 and actually got a response that sounded like the CSR actually cared. I have a feeling I'm going to get what was in my factory back, but could care less about the factory itself. CSR's can spawn items in their inventory and then trade it to you.

Be presistent. You'll get your stuff back.

There was a bug in JTL Beta were structures were poofing, but on a much larger scale then what's happening in live. Put in a ticket and let the Devs really know what you think!
