Can anyone help me out with these 2 questions.

1)From what I have read it seems thatDefence vs skill mods from clothing and CA'sis capped at 25 - but is that 25 total, or for each type of defence? For example could youhave 25 defence vs Stun and 25 vs Dizzy at the same time?

2) If you have more than 1 defence vs skill mod in 1 item of clothing, throughbio-tayloringor CA's - does onlyone stick or do you get each one?

I need some help before I go out and spend a load of cash!

Thanks in advance.

You can have +25 Def vs Dizzy and +25 Def vs Intim on a peice of clothing and they will both work.

Defense vs Stun and Melee Defense are the BE mods available in clothes - if you put a +25 Def vs Knockdown, it would stick and count.

All mods that are on a peice of clothing will work. All the mods on a SEA will not nessisarily stick when applied.

the cap is +25 for each mod.....and you can have as many def vs mods on clothes that you can fit. also, you can only put 1 skill tape or armor attachment of a particular type into clothes without overiding what's already in the sockets on the clothes or armor. So if you put a +5 def vs dizzy tape into a shirt that already has def vs dizzy in it, then you will either lose the tape (if it's value is lower than what's already on the clothes) or the one you put in has a higher value then itwill take the place of the one that's already in the shirt. This happens with BE clothing as well. to avoid this happening, you can put some attachments on other clothes that don't have the skill you are attempting to put on the clothes...so you can have pants with +10 def vs dizzy and a shirt with +15 dev vs dizzy and it will stack (add up to the cap of +25). anything above +25 will still show up in your skills window but will not give you the benefit of anything more than +25.

You get each one. All the mods in clothes will stick providing that you already have that skill mod from a profession.....example: if you don't have any combat professions and only have doc, artisan or entertainer.....a def vs stun mod will not work until you get a profession that gives you the def vs stun mod.......this is to stop people from exploiting the system by having skills that their professions don't provide them with.....basically saving skill points. That's why the devs took the medicine use skill tapes out of the game....because it allowed anyone to use stimpacks without having novice medic, thus saving 15 skill points.

Keep in mind that some skill tapes are broken...but all the BE clothing works. You have to look out for SEA's though, a lot of them are not functioning as intended or have very little or no effect. As for the defense mods, I believe they all work properly....it's mainly the offensive mods that have a lot of non working SEA's
