Right, i mastered weaponsmith, put off the last branch for as long as possible as it meant unlearning scout, in the end i did it, got the 150k xp i needed in a day, got trained all pleased with myself, then realised i'd finished the easy bit... yeh, the high risk of RSI i went through with crafting to get master WS, and thats the easy bit. so i've been a master WS for about a week today i think. and so far i've hardly crafted anything, the crafting system just grates one me, trying to find resources on vendors as there's nothing that hot on the extraction bored my to death too, so im going to drop it.

my problem is i clock up a lot of hours at the PC on star wars, most of my real life friends play, and so does my wife... so its a good social game, but i need professions that have my being active and getting out and about, not standing at a factory waiting for it to finish so i can stock a vendor then wait for more sales, and mebies pick up some merchant training as i get the XP.

I've been considering it since the day after i mastered it, but its either stop playing star wars because i find logging in so boring these days, or i find something that lets me play the game.

what i'd like is some advice on possible professions, i dont partisipate in PVP, so ber that in mind.

NOTE: current skill layout is artisan 4040, brawler 0040, merchant 4034, WS 4444 (master), swordsman 4444 (master). I've also tried creature handling twice in the past, and never got away with it. wifes doing that anyway, and she wouldn't like me stepping on her baby toes

thanks in advance

Well have you considered being a BE there is a LOT of grinding to do to get to master but its lots of fun once you get there and since you wife is a CH I'm sure she will like it when you can make her better pets then she can find in the wild.Apart form droping WS You will asloneed to drop all but novice merchant and all of eng in artisan to do this. As a master swordsman you can get your own meat. How ever you will want to get exp 4 on scout to get mask sent as you can get dna samples easyer with out geting aggro form the harder mobs. This mean you will have to drop merchant all together and down to business 2 in artisan.

Imust admit i do miss TKA, and i already am a master swordsman.

will probably master a few of the basic professions first while im more free, as none of them other than entertainer really take that long. will help me get 75 badges too, will feel more complete once im there

anyone tried smugling? just wondering if its enjoyable to play...

DO NOT go BE... christ... you though WS was boring, OMG.

i'ld recommend either swordsman or TK... TK is alot of fun and you are lethal.

BEFORE you decide to drop all of WS though, make yourself a crate or two of the weapon of choice for the profession(s) your planning on doing... believe me, you'll appreciate the hassle of not having to find someone later.

(ps: after dropping WS you could do Smuggler and slice your own stuff too )
