is there a thing that i can look at to tell me how many cities are on each planet? im on starsider.

Not to my knowledge.
The only sureway I can think of would be to open the world map (CTRL+V) and subtract NPC cities from the number of cities that show up.However, some player cities will not show up there since they are either too small or have not registered with the world map.
But I think that Naboo on Starsider has mostly older player cities on it with only one or two exceptions (following the New Utapau debacle), so almost all of them should be on the map.
If you are looking to plant a new city, then Naboo is full.
