Which Quests unlock the Ranged,Melee and Vehicle control trees and which phase are they in?

Whip gives the quests
phase 2: vehicle control
phase 3: ranged def
phase 4: melee def

This is incorrect.
Phase3 Deerin (sp?) a guy swith a D name =) Gives Ranged def.
Go to the FS forums, have tons of this info.
