hi,

i need abit of help. anyone out there installed directx9.c. does it have a game clash of some kind. cos ever since i installed it, i have had my game b*****ing up. it comes up in safe mode, with device failure signs. i just would like to know if its just my computer, or everone thats downloaded directx9.c.

Make sure that you have the most up to date video card drivers to go with dx9c. Please list some system specs: CPU, RAM, Vid card, OS

It maybe that some of the components in your system arn't compatable with 9.0c. Like Civic says, please list your specs.

Something else you can try is to click Start/Run and type dxdiag.exe and problems will be listed in one of the tabs in there, you can also run some tests there.

Have you tried reinstalling it or maybe your vid/sound drivers?
