Thread: Function key display in space

ok totaly a noob question but i can't figure it out when i go to my ship the function keys f1 f2 and so on at the top of the screen disapears when i hit the alt key to swich to movement they reapear when i switch to mouse mode can anybody tell me what the command or options button it is to keep the hot keys up all the time.
