The only caveat I notice is that the clientseems to do a lot of file analysis when you load a JTL and then a Non-Jtl client or vice versa.

Yeah it's worked fine for me without any workarounds needed. My main account is JTLS enabled, and my doc account isn't of course. The additional scanning I believe was just something SOE had going on yesterday. I don't think that has anything to do with JTLS or not.
