Maybe I'm just doing it wrong....

I Pre-ordered JTL through EB Games. When I ordered the game I also prepaid and they gave me a recipt. I got my phone call the game was in, then went to pick it up. After getting home I loged in and went to one of the 2 spots listed in the launch pad to enter the 2 keys to claim the flash speeder. When i got there it only gave me slots to enter the key on the back of the jewl case. I never saw a slot for the other "key". After looking at the recipts the only odd number I saw was a Presell order deposit number (4 digits). Is this the second key?? and if so where does it go or who do I talk to, to claim my fancy Preorder speeder??

You should have 2 cds, each with a CD key.

The first CD being the pre-order cd containing the beta, and the second being the final. I pre-ordered online so I'm afraid I can't offer anything more than that.

I have had the same problem, i pre-ordered from Gamestop.Com on 05 October 2004for import to the UK. I never recieved any Beta CD's or a key for the flash speeder. I have sent an email to Gamestop but they have not replied.

If anyone else has this problem also please post a reply in this thread, maybe be can get some advice from a Dev

same here.

i pre-ordered from EB Games for import to the Argentina. I never recieved any Beta CD's or a key for the flash speeder. I have sent an email to EB Games and this is the replay:

I believe both Gamestop and Ebgames said that if you order from the UK that you will not get the speeder. Dont have a link anymore because both EB and Gamestop took down their preorder links

Ditto here, I prepaid from GAMESTOP in September and was not given the BETA DISC (which is where the speeder code is for the speeder if you got it from Game Stop) Luckily they still had them on hand when I called about it. So I was able to get the speeder.

Just type the code from the Beta box in the place where you enter the JTLS code. It worked for me.

Lordy, there are posts on the forums on this but here goes again, cause you don't look around:

The pre-order beta CD's has a key on the back of the jewel case, same as many other games or MS products, such as:

RT34-GY5E-GDE7-95TG-25RT

When you log in the launchpad, you'll see a Register Expansion button. You enter this key IN THE SAME set of boxes for both the pre-order Key and the JTL Key. This is unusual that you enter two diff keys in the same boxes, but such is SWG.

So when you get the actual JTL product, it will have another key similar in format to the above pre-launch beta key.

Entering the pre-order key makes a speeder appear in your inventory, entering the JTL key unlocks the JTL content.
