What system do you think helps govern a guild well?
how are resources dealt with?
how do you support you combat classes? Your crafting classes? your Doc's?
how is guild wealth used?
if any what kind of command structure do you use? Ranks? Titles?
how would you consider your guild in a political light?
what form of RL government do you think you represent? (not countries, but form of government)
would you allow voting like in a player run town?
do you perfer Dictatorship where one person has unquestiond power?
Do you helps thoes in the guild that are less off? a form of socialism?
Are you every man for himself, dont support the weak, capitalist?
Do you share responsibility, wealth, goods, and services, Communism?
Now how close do you think your guild resembles the governmet that you have been raised in? can you do it better, do you like your current government and use it as a template for your own?
What would you think a perfect guild would be in SWG?
have you figured out what your guild is really like, and waiting for the FBI to lock you commie butt in jail?

1 What system do you think helps govern a guild well?
Respect amongst the guild members and leaders. (confusionism)
2 how are resources dealt with?
Easy. grinding quality should be used for hmmmmmm grinding. the good stuff should be used on guild things like brandy and use that for the pvp part of your guild. and sold to the guild at a discount.
3 how do you support you combat classes? Your crafting classes? your Doc's?
Doc's do there own thing if they want to buff for free that's them. the least thing is that they can do is buff at cost so like 4k-5k a buff.
4 how is guild wealth used?
Keeping the buildings up. maintance and some decorations for the city. also a lil maintance for the new people is always nice.
5 if any what kind of command structure do you use? Ranks? Titles?
Command structure should basically be9 people on top (like the supreme coart, buteVOTED ON NOT APPOINTED), and they settle all the big stuff. (guild wars, alliences, etc.). as for the minion (I'm a minion for life!) titles are nice for the people that are head of something like Head resorce guy, but for the normal people just chillin out don't don't give them ranks or titles cuz you'll have people goin "well why ain't i rank such and such?!" and it just ain't worth it all
6 how would you consider your guild in a political light?
ain't in one and i'm to tired to rag on the old ones.

for the guild leaders, ya, but only if there is popular dispute about them. for guild leaders and major of the town just keep that the same to keep the confusion down.

only when it's me. for other HELL NO

i think if you can spare a couple Gs drop them on the noob guildies. but don't like order people to do it.

this idea i always liked because it's easier on the rich like me, but again if you got a couple Gs help the people out, or try to work out some deal with them like, you sell rich guy A a crate of brandy from guild made resorces like i said in number 4 and use the like 90kish you got for the crate and give that to the noob like in number 2.

responsibilitiy is for the leaders as apointed. weatlh, get your own, and if you can drop some on the noobs like questions2 and 11. services, if your a doc again question 3, if your a ranger or scout and your on a hunt on like dant and there is some bad ass avain meat there ask them to harvest it and give it to the guild if they don't need it or sell it to the guild and a resonable price.
13 Now how close do you think your guild resembles the governmet that you have been raised in? can you do it better, do you like your current government and use it as a template for your own?

THE UNITED GUILD OF DOCS mission statement: TO RIP OFF ALL THOSE THAT NEED BUFFS. hehe man i had to say that. but man perfect guild is like utopian it ain't goin happen

I got the main ideas down. this is what i do while i buff hehe. and as my friend reminded me DEMOCRACY DOESN'T WORK
