Locate TREFix.exe in your Star Wars Galaxies folder. Double-click on it to run it. Wait till it finishes, then do whatever it says to do.

Arg! It pisses me off.. it doesn't do anything any ways, but interface is always messed up everytime I get into SWG.. not to mention losing all my toolbar stuff.. Damn this game, I wana play it so bad and I love it, it's just impossible with all this lag, and I have cable, and FPS which all have dropped in the past week!

Strange, I've had major FPS boosts (of 5 - 15 frames) with massive ping and lag spikes every now and then.
Check Tech Support, theres already a few threads on this, that would be the firts place information would be updated about this so I advise you check there regularly.

I have had loads of lag from part 1 of the jtl patch onwards. And now the launch pad has started doing a full scan everytime i log in. why ?

OK did this. It said to do nothing, just said "No files repaired. No files skipped. All files OK." and yet the launchpad is STILL doing a full scan every time I run it. Any more suggestions?
