I launch the game as normal and log in. After the download, I click "My Account." My only option is to edit my registration. There's no option for changing billing information or cancelling an account. Am I missing something? How do I access the payment options?

same here, i am about to cancel. i just don't know how. call? or is it in the launchpad?

I had this same problem trying to extend my subscription. Turns out that you must click the "Register Expansion" button, rather than the "Edit/My Account" button in the launchpad.
