Is he the guy from the Valerian quests in Espa? If so, the guy should have given you a wp.

He is the Guy that you are sent to on the Tier 2 Reb Pilot missions when starting form Naboo. I was sent to dant(reb outpost) then they sent me to Him he is suposed to be on lok.

Not on Lok. Over it. Go to Lok space and rendezvous with the transport he's on. You'll need to defend it from two waves of two TIEs, but they're easily dispatched.

I had problems finding him too. What I did was do a "/target finn". No problems after that.
