Currently the max is 85 with nothing added @ that level. Also you only gain an additional 50meters for your city. Here is what I suggest.

@ current 85 (lvl5) Ability to choose 2 city types +50m (currently what it is @) (450 max)

@ new 100 (lvl6) you can place starport +75m (525 max)

@ new 150 (lvl7) you gain 1 specialty for free, ability to have 2 more (total of 3)+150m (675 max)

Acity can't hold 150 people... they are really REALLY tight with just 100. 675 SHOULD be able to hold 300 people or like 200 nicely.

agree, disagree.... flame if u want.

One problem I see is with increasing the city radius.

Minimum requirement when placing a city is that your City Hall must be over 1100m from the nearest other City Hall.

So, the next city over might just be 1101m away. (My own city center is precisely 1101m from the next town over, so I know this one from personal experience).

Can't have the overlap...

I wouldn't hold my breathe for Player City Starports...at least in the forseeable future...but we can always hope, I suppose.

Can't remember where i saw it, but I believe the coding for Starports is 'hard wired' and can't be changed. Now starship terminals on the other hand...

Anything "hardwired" can be patched through... just usually adds some lag associated with dynamic items. Which most people never seen any change.

As for city radius being to close to other cities. As with anything in the game it won't effect currently established TH's and there cities. Any changes would only effect TH/cities placed post patch. The only exception to the rule of pre/post patch is when the change is extreme SUCH AS a major change to skills and how skill points are assigned would result in you logining on and having to reassign skill points.
