firstly let me say something about the loot.

Jabbas Theme park was revamped early in the year. however i am not sure that the text for it WAS rewritten. (correct me someone if i am wrong)

so it is possible that what are reading is wrong and not that u didnt get any items.

u can i am sure do a search for "jabba theme park loot" on the game guides forum and there will be a list of what u should get now and who from.

as to the bug report, bug reports and csr tickets are 2 totally separate things. (and i agree it SHOULD be made much clearer in the reporting text)

what u did was report a bug, and this will not show any open tickets.

to open a ticket, u must, using the same menu (heres where it get confusing), "search the database for known issues" using a menu option at the top of the panel. then type in your keyword question eg "jabbarewards not appearing in inventory".

the panel will then display all FAQs/workarounds on that subject ONLY THEN will an option appear at the bottom of the panel saying "that didnt help post a csr ticket"

fill that in (it looks just like the bug report) and a ticket will be generated.

in short "you cannot post a ticket WITHOUT first searching the known problems database"

I just got done doing barabs 2nd mission in jabba thempark, where you take the thingy to be decoded by his friend. I did that went back to barab and he said he gave me somthing, something that nobody would miss or something like that. I read on another site its supposed to be grenades.

Anyway i look and there is nothing in my back pack, its not full and i have room. this is like the 2nd or 3rd time this has happend to me now in jabba's thempark where ive been told ive recieved something but yet... nothing there.

Than i also submit a bug telling about this. It gives me the bug submitted message..

But now when i look to see about open tickets, it says i have none. So does that mean that the bug i submitted for the help regarding this issue didnt even go through??
