Can't see Image Dump from work... blocked... but I'm assuming it's a long-sleeve shirt w/ the Rebel insignia?

nope isa a different one. Long sleeve Black tweed looking with the insignia on the sleeve.

Im a 3433 Rebel Pilot and have yet to get it

When I was in Beta I wore one of these right from the start. I picked up tailor as my profession to get out of the standard newbie clothes. I had my salustan in one of these in the same colour as the pic and Ribbed pants with the same shade of Orange as the ribbed section. Black uniform boots and a black and orange swoop helm.

I have to say i was one of the best looking in beta

So the answer to your question is to run along to your favourite Tailor and get them to craft you one of these Items.
Thats providing they haven't changed it since beta and moved it to a quest item

They removed the insignias. You don't get one at Master either unless something has changed within the last week or so.

It was craftable in Beta but it wasn't in my tailorcrafting list when the game went live. I have yet to see a single player in game with one.
