Ive been there twice in the last two days...tried everything. walked around in a huges circles, for about 10mins.

i dont have the badge, and still dont.

any thoughts?

Positive it works on Tarq. This was the hardest badge for me to get. it was over 200m away from the POI wp.

Got the same problem on Corbantis. I found a WP on some website and I walked a straight line between that WP and the POI. osmewhere in the middle I got the badge. Sorry, I can't remember the WP and didn't keep it.

thanks guys...you'd never believe what happened...

me and two friends were doing the melee acc Phase 3 quest today. I had captured the commander, and my two friends were running escort. We happened to drive past the Tar Pits, and one of them got the badge! I ofc was reluctant to change direction (completing this quest has been hard enough). I told him to wp it, and we continued.

After the quest was done, I activated the wp he told me, but he'd got it wrong. Oh the pain!

If I find it, I'll post here.

It works fine and has always worked. Its just not in the exact spot as the POI WP indicates. I never remember to record the WP when I go looking for it though. Good luck!

The same thing goes for several badges (Krayt Graveyard, etc.) You have to run around till you find it, and there is ALOT of space to run around in on some of these badges. Just have patience. I didn't even know it was bugged i got it immidiately ( I remeber it being near the yellow POI wp)
