Thread: Dead eye project quest thing

Well was bored and was walknig around mos eisley and found this rebel npc hiding away in a tent. he tells me about the dead and bladee bla. now the first mission he tells me to do is to go under cover and find out about the alderan flora. I go to dathomir then the waypoint and no matter what i seem to do this guy attacks me and i have to kil him. i cant converse cos he wont let me.
Do i need a high jabba faction standing? is there soemthnig special you have to do? is there a guide for the dead eye quests?
P.S i understand that the dead eye quest is old and maybe cant be done anymore. but i'm asking anyway

they removed the ranged converse bug, so you need good faction with an npc to prevent them from aggroing you before you can speak to them.

It's definitely still possible to do the quest though, I did it last week

I tried to do this quest last weekend and when I got to the part where I have to speak to Princess Leia, I went to the waypoint on Endor and she was'nt there. I went back to the dude in Tyrena and he gave me the waypoint again so I went back and she still was'nt there. I was looking around for the hidden camera cuz I thought that maybe Allen Funt was going to jump out from behind a tree and surprise me, but it never happened. I eventually gave up and moved on to other things.
Anyone else ever have this problem?

I am 100% sure she still spawns - on Dathomir - as I ran in to her ina little camp between the northen outpost and the sarlacc. Not sure if that helps as this may be a different Leia, from a different quest, but... =)

can anyone tell me how i can get a +thug standing for the mission, that other guy said to kill some valalians or something like that but i have no idea who they are where they spawn or anything

i've had -5000 thug faction for a long time and converse with him fine. you need + jabba faction

you need +jabba faction, not thug. but the good news is you get jabba faction from valarians on tattooine

as i remeber you need to have + in Thug standing to talk to him.
you can get + in that by killing Valalians.
Princes Leia is on Datooine or Datomir, cant really remeber.
But i know she is there.

I am fairly certain she is located at, or just around 0,0. Also she is on Lok. I cannot remember where but I thikn it may have been in the western central portion ofthe map.
