hi

i just did install the game but when i launch the game, after the login, it is doing some kind of scan and the launchpad crasht.

any1 now how to fix it ??

Welcome to SOE's world.

Right now it seems that all of the servers are like The Matrix at the end of the first movie. Nobody can log in right now, so don't panic, it's not you.

Don't expect an announcement from customer support because there won't be one. Just remember that you are a mushroom; always kept in the dark and fed nothing but sht.

Tip to LEC/SOE: Sci-Fi MMO players don't necessarily belong to the same resource pool as fantasy MMO players.

lol great one, so what your saying is the server will go down for a longtime and they don't tell us anything ?

im getting the smae thing as well naked characters and no servers yet europe infinity isnt listed as currently unavailable. doe shtis mean im gonna have to wait 2 weeks for jtl (cos i live in europe and it's released later) to fix this?

Probably had a huge crash and lost everyones stuff, houses, inventories, everything and they are all at this moment emptying the bank accounts and heading to the airport drawing straws along the way to see who is going to post the news to the players.

Then again.. the hamster died.
