My speeder was destroyed while I was riding it. I took it to a garage to get it

fixed and it didn't fix it. How am I supposed to get it fixed? Do I have to spend 20k

for a new speeder because of a lucky or is it unlucky shot?

Yeah Stormtroopers made him overt and while he attacking one Stormie, another two randomly attacked his bike... I ALWAYS store my bike whenever I get off it now since I can call it again wherever.

I've been telling every Rebel with a decaying bike to GET IT REPAIRED, and I've been PvPing, hoping to find bikes left out this time.

As it stated above he was not farming storm troopers. If you are a rebel and you are near stormtroopers they can force you overt. It has nothing to do with attacking them or farming faction from them.
