I am playing SWG since Febuary 2004 and my account was closed for two weeksor threelast month, cause i forgot to pay. I asked CRS ifill my Veteran Status now cause i want the Yacht in JTL but they didn't know and told me to ask in the forum - so here I am

Does anyone have experience with such a problem?

I would agree- If your account was not closed, not "canceled" due to inactivity, but actually closed/deleted then no. As long as your station name is registered you should be veteran...they may count your active time only say Feb- may and then june - now, who knows. That is just another ridiculous way of CSR avoiding any work possible. Why would they turn you to the client forums when that is a question about your account-

Worse case, your account was closed last month (September) and then reactivated. You would still get the Yacht in March, six months after you reactivated your account.

Best case, you will have the Yacht right away since you have had an account for six months.

Worse - Worse case, your account was closed last month (September) and then reactivated. You would still get the Yacht in March, six months after you reactivated your account. BUT your have the max allowed number of ships so the Yacht cannot be added to your data pad.

They say i have played only 90 days - I asked CRS if they are willed to change that, if not ill quit SWG

I have been playing since febuary almost every day and they do such a f*** with me ..... *shakin his head*

So you dont get it at launch, you will get it in 4.5 months. I beleive the start of this was your account becomming inactive not then messing with you. You will regain vereran status and you wil get the yacht

ill regain veteran status? in 4.5 months? no way ...

i am a starwars fan since i watched the first film when i was six years or so - this game was the very best i ever heard of .... now I hate this game - it has nothing to do with the time it should play in, when they cant manage to make progress to the civil war they should think about changing the time(i know thatsnever possible) or makin a new game- andits getting worse and worse from patch to patch and now they do such things to their veteran player .... sry for complaining so much but im really dissapointed .... im really thinking of playing something else
