Now, everyone keeps mentioning tips for those with a scroll wheel on the mouse. Any tips for those of us with 3-button mice?

Thanks, for the tips, everyone!

Heres a tip, get a scroll mouse

Since everyone like FC quotes.

With the 5 button microsoft mouse (intellimouse Explorer) , the button #3 ( i.e. the large button under your thumb) is defaulted to auto-run.

The overhead map is ok? in town, but i've noticed alot turn it off if not in town, It really rocks out of town, and don't mess your view up. you can see enemies to avoid alot easier, was grouped with someone who said "there is nothing here to fight" and I was there with yellow and red dots all over my screen/

With the auro-spawn for your level feature, does that mean that when I get Urber, there will still be stuff just bearly out of town that can kill me?

As far as using a scroll wheel mouse, I found that clicking the mouse wheel button (if yours does that) is the same as pressing the ALT key (switches between mouse-look and mouse-UI).

You can also start combat with a /head shot, or /body shot if you've got the appropriate skill.

DZ-70 Tracker Droids will actually follow a target while keeping you informed of their location.

Type /droidtrack while mark is targeted

I have a short question aswell.

You can drag the weapons in the quickbar to change quickly the weapon But can you do the same from a weapon to Unarmed. My unarmed skills are higher than my ranged wpns, so I like to pull with ranged wpns and then change to unarmed. Is there an unarmed IconI can drag into the Quickbar?

Just press the quickbar key for the equipped weapon again, it should unequip (putting you in an unarmed state).

For instance, if you dragged your CDEF to the F12 slot. You can press F12 and you'll equip the CDEF, ready to pull some mobs. Then they get close and you can press F12 again and it'll unequip the CDEF leaving you ready to deliver a beating to the mob.

Hope that answers your question.

For medics tending wounds

make a macro:

/tendwound health; /tendwound strength; /tendwound constitution; /tendwound stamina; /tendwound quickness; /tendwound action

Rest up your mind pool, and it heals any wounds that you, or the selected person has, on a one by one basis

Also, pressing CTRL+D bring up the datapad... you can create a waypoint from here, and send it to other people... handy if you lost your hunting friends, as you can send the waypoint to them.
