Ok I want to make sure I get this straight. Lets say I have 300 days total time. I pick the 180 day reward when I get JtL, did the 180 days get subtracted from the 300 days (120 days)? When a 270 reward is announced and I have now lets say for the sake of argument 140 days (300 days - 180 days{for the reward} + 20 days that it took for the 270 day reward to be announced) do I have to wait another 160 days to get the 270 reward or is my total time not messed with when I get the 180 day reward? In other words is my total time always my total time is relation to rewards, no matter if I pick a reward earlier?

ThunderHeart, quick question:
I have been a paying subscriber since July of 2003. I played one toon mostly from July to May. I now play a diffrent toon mostly since May.Same account, diffrent toon.
Is the Vet Reward given to a six month PLAYER or a six month TOON?
Sounds trivial, but I have been wanting my Yacht on one of them more than the other.
thoughts, comments?

Ok thanks TH, but there's obviously a bug with that system. It says I have 311 days logged, so I am eligible for the 270 days Veteran Reward.
But I've started my subscription July 3rd 2003. And I've NEVER canceled. My credit card hasn't yet expired.
Obviously something is wrong, or the logging doesn't relay only on subscription.

TH what about the /getVeteranReward command I'm confused. I tried it and it lists 90 days, 180days and 270days rewards. All of them appear to give the same reward ? Does this mean i get 3 rewards??? .... confused I am.
Ok not the same command but very close does that count hehe

In beta (thats original beta) and I think shortly after launch, we had a "Born Date" in the character screenthat was supposed to tell you how long your character has been living, and also "hours played". But they never did work correctly so it was removed.

Reward is since you started your account, not toon. Create a new character on a different server and you'll notice the command tells you the same thing.
You need at least 180 days to get the Sorosuub.

neinnub has it correctly. I've got a relatively new character who still registers as being over the 450 day mark.

If I use my 180 day reward, does that subtract 180 days from my total veteran time, so that I will no longer be able to get the 360 day reward, if a 360 day reward does come to light?

lol thunder heart i don't think it works right, 6 of my guildies tried this after i looked ehre and we have all been playing 221 days hehe, i know i have played longer then one of them he got the game a month after me coz i bugged him too

are the days "spent" like money? i am eligable for the 360 day reward but if i get it will it "spend" 360 of my days? i wanna get the yacht too, so i dont wanna have to save up for it again if that is the case. if its not then i can just claim the 360, 270, 180, and 90 day rewards right?

That is just the interface. In this instance, the Party Barge is a 180 day reward and the only reward you can select at the moment.

Even so i find it strange that this command tells that my account has been active for 161 days ( qualifies for 90 days veteran reward ). Why i find this bit strange, well I activated my account late last year so I could play on the european serversand have been a subscriber ever since without any pauses.
