I never canceled, never had any credit card trouble (debit card actually), pay with 6 month recurring fees from July 2, 2003 and only have 311 days. Heck, I've even been online more then 311 days !!

Started 31 march 2004. Same debit card. Also a 6 month subscription. Will be renewed 30 October. Never cancelled (impossible even since first subscription hasn't even finished).

Will I get one ship per account or one per character?

just out of curosity, it says continuous payment on the account. does this mean if I go 5 months and take one off I restart at 0 when I come back? If so, can't say I like that plan. It'd be much better to have 6 months of payment, regardless if it is in a row or not.

If it says 6"continuous" or "uninterrupted" months, that's what it means... If you take a break and cancel after 5 months then subscribe again, that's not continuous...

Here's my question...


If youhave six continous months, then take a break without claiming the reward, will you still qualify when you come back? [I.e., I'm not buying JTL right now, and I am going to take a one or two month break when my current subscription ends, at which point I will have seven months. If I come back w/JTL, can I get the yacht?].

Could it be that the veteran time calculation code is based on the same flawed programming that only counts actual server up time and not actual real worldtimestamps?

Not that I was expecting the Veteran Reward any time soon, having only activated two months ago... BUT:


Why does mine say only 41 days? I subscribed as of 8/28/04... That's 59 days. With a margin of error that broad after only two months, one wonders how much longer-term subscribers are shortchanged.


This is my primary and first character on this account (only justcreated one on another server last night), the account has been active and uninterrupted since 8/28 and payment method has not changed. Yet, 18 days are inexplicably missing.


I'm inclined to agree with the previous post - seems likely that it's counting only seconds of server uptime. Funny, but we're billed for the whole time, not just the time the server is up... will they be converting that, too?

I personally believe it has to do with oldest character. Although I disacctvated for 6 months, my characters were all created right around launch and Im registering 467 days...

I've only got 311 days on my account, even though I've been a continuous member since launch. I think it's doing this because I "cancelled" my subscription to use a gamecard around the beginning of the year. Some leeway should be given when the total number of days in a row are tallied for people who have cancelled out of a subscription plan to use a gamecard. I think about a day or two of free "canceled" time between changes in subscription plans would be good.
