I been doing this place like once a week now but I am getting to the point where I have more questions than answers.
One question - the water pumps (13,14,15,16 on the map) how does one get to them? The map makes it seem as though they are in a room you need elevator or something for (off the room with technician 7) - we tried this the otner day since I am up to the water pump part of the quest but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to get to those water valves.
Another question - after doing the water valves and returning to Japer does he give you the alum minerals then or is there another leg to the quest?
Thanks

Japer does exist. He shows up on overhead map as a white NPC in the little alcove in the mines. You HAVE to talk to him to do the miner's quest - he is the one that directs you to Haldo.

The map is cut because there wasn't enough room. Where you see the =\ corridor looking thing, follow that line forward about 2 inches and you'll see \= that is where it continues. It's not an elevator, it's just a cut to make the map appear better.

Cool thanks for the information

AHHH there we go - irony is we passed that door and someone asked what was in there and we were like "Hmm don't know".
Heh I am going to have to amend the map with a little arrow for clarity
Thanks again.
