omg, awesome
hey, would someone post pics of the rest of their work so I can copy.. *er*I mean see.
Also, how did you do the couch bit eh, it says on the feature "For instance, notice the red streak on the side of the X-Wing from this weeks Home Show. It's actually a couch that has been turned on its side and sunk into the nose of the X-Wing to give the appearance of a red streak. Play with the different types of furniture shapes and see what you can invent! "
I'm confused!!
great work

Hey! Jon! Never fear, although my model ship, Bloo Leader took a back burner in favor of newer items and more inventory space, she'll be flying again in No time. You have my word. Hint hint...

Your eyes can deceive you... don't trust them.
There is a second orange couch embedded in the one forming the fuselage on each side. Despite what Garva wrote, though, no vertical rotation has taken place (I wish it could... but the game engine does not yet allow furniture rotation on more than one axis
)
What you're seeing as an orange stripe is the part of the cushion that your character's knees would wrap around if he was sitting in the couch. That particular couch slants slightly inward from the cushion to the ground, so the bottom parts that would visually suggest its true orientation are hidden.

Okay, I've stared and stared at it. I love it, and I want to have its babies.
But I just can't figure out the couch thing, the orange stripe. It looks like you took a couch :
|
|____ oriented thus, and rotated it to be
--------
|
| oriented thus, so that the back is parallel with the floor.
If that's what you did.. how do you do it?
Or if it isn't.. and it's not a secret.. how did you do the couch bit!?

I have a question for those who made this (it looks awsome by the way) did you manage to rotate on the y-axis? it seems like you would of had to, but I try to never underestimate peoples ingenuity.
