Please TH can you state if there's a bug with the system? I'm paying and playingsince July 3rd 2003 and it says only 311 days logged (270 days reward)


Edit : I have many reports of people in the same case as me on my forum.

Does the issue some of us have got something to do with our subscribtion plan??

I'm on a 3 month subscription and the fact that I seem to be missing around 75 days could be related to that since my next subscription is in about 2 weeks time!

Could this be the cause?? Meaning that the timer will only update once the subscription is renewed??

I'm pretty sure there's a bug in your vet reward system TH. I've had no more than 24 hours downtime in my subscription since I started playing over eight months ago, but the slash command tells me I only qualify for 131 days. One of my close in-game friends also gets 131 days, but we started playing months apart. According to this post of yours my 24 hours of un-subscribedness should be allowed for and I should be recognised for a full 236 days or so.

There are no bugs in the system we know of, but I am looking into things. The tricky part is that everyone's account information is private and confidential. Any reported problem might be an un-remembered account disruption, someone who quit and came back or many other scenarios that may have interrupted their account (by interrupted, I mean, for some reason the account ended and then restarted with some lapse).

If people are having problems, they should report their problem in the Live Issues Thread.


Please encourage them to do that.

Hmmm, my alt has logged 311 days too without any disruption. Another strange thing is that my main account and a friends both have 401 days as logged.

i have had my alt account since the start of december 03and have continually paid for it. it says i have 161 days, said 166 earlier.

I never canceled, never had any credit card trouble (debit card actually), pay with 6 month recurring fees from July 2, 2003 and only have 311 days. Heck, I've even been online more then 311 days !!

/getvet shows 341 days, should be around 461 days, missing about 4 months.

Never cancelled or had a break.




Isubscribe by a 3 month plan, so the missing days could be my free month + a 3 month subscription plan.

Can you receive vet reward on multiple servers like glasses with collector's edition, or when you receive one on Ahazi you can no longer receive one on other servers? Sorry if there's answered already...
