Most of friends are never online to chat with... they quit.

You can find the command here, we tried it too and sadly it didn't work.

I have to wonder about chat channels across servers. We got an auction channel and from what I've seen, its been totally thrashed by constant spammers hawking their wares every 3-5 seconds.
Its only a matter of time before people on one server start broadcasting what they have for sale onto allthe other servers in the hopes that somebody on server x might have a char on their server
and will rush over to buy whatever they are selling.
It sure would be nice if a fix was put in place so that the same exact message coudlnt be repeated more than once in a 10-15 second period in general, but thats just wishful thinking.
It would be nice to join channels on other servers for valid conversations, but anything that can be used for good can also be used for spam.
What do ya'll think? (both the merchant non-merchant pov's)

Can we join a chat channel from a different galaxy? I looked for ways to get from ahazi to flurry but the necessary command is ?unknown?

I don't think that private chat groups could be abused for spamming
. And I don't see that we could be forced to join a chat group which is used for spamming.
I agree that cross server auction channels would be annoying but we don't have to read them.

It would be nice if they put this is, but the limit should be at least 3 minutes if not longer. But if it was put in this way I'm sure people would make a macro that says the same thing with 1 character difference to get around the "same exact message" check and still spam every 5 seconds.
Seriously... to anyone who sets their macros up like this... You really don't need to spam more that once every2 or3 minutes. Set your /pause to at least 120. Better yet 300.

If you add a friend to your friend's list from another galaxy it does not show on the list what galaxy it is on.
So if you friend has the same name in 3 galaxies, you will only see that they are online but will not know what galaxy it is![]()
To get around this put in the comment section what galaxy it is.
You also cannot remove anyone from your friends list that is from another galaxy. Server says something to the effect that "This is not a valid name."

You can remove them, if you use the commandline.
/removefriend serverName.characterName
/removefriend serverName.characterName
