I have no problems with it cause I always look at that box and sometiems I want a round trip, but for those that are use to just mindless clicking it might be useful to put it back to the way it was

This is listed in the in-game "known issues" information:
-CURRENT- [Default Round Trip Shuttle Tickets] -CURRENT-
We're currently aware that the Round Trip option has been set as the default for shuttle ticket purchases. We are working on correcting this as soon as possible. Until further notice, we request that you always check to make sure you are purchasing the desired type of ticket when you complete your transaction. As well, Customer Service is unable to reimburse any credits that have been spent on extraneous ticket purchases.

and the devs recognized this bug well before the first post

go to the holocron (crtl+h)
click on customer service
click on the third tab at the top [top known issues]
