CSRs..... I've had some good ones and some bad ones. Its amazing how the bad ones always come to mind. I feel for you. One time, I was thrown off my bike when I dismounted it. The sad part was that I was thrown between the back-end of my Med Base and the back wall of the base. I was stuck between the 2 walls and could not do anything about it. I sent in a "I'm stuck" notice to a CSR and after 1 hour, I still didn't get one. So I decided to spam the "I'm stuck" notice repeatedly, until I finally got a reply from a CSR in the couple of minutes I started doing that.
Another problem that I have with the CSRs is that most of them don't know what they are talking about when you report a problem. I've had different solutions from numerous CSRs that did not relate to my issues.
However, on the flip side. There have been some CSRs that are on the ball. CSR AndyP has been very helpful to me at times when the other CSRs could not solve my problems. BZ!!!
Sometimes it would really help if the CSRs played SWG to really understand some of the frustrations/issues that the game has. For those doing a great job, keep it up. The rest. . . . get with the program.

Last night in Chat I saw a person log in, not say a thing, and then CSRJohnW log in ban them and second person then he logged out!
I mean, come on! Is just loggin into chat a bannable offence?
The second person there he banned was asking relevant questions and getting some help from the CSR that was there til this CSRJohnW showed up.
Got to love CS at SOE!

before oyu accuse csr's of not knowing thier job or not being properly trained try actually listening to them had you actualyl followed the adive you'd bene given thne your problem woudl have bene solved anbd you woudlnt be arrogantly throwing false accuations aourdn in forum posts (makes me wonder if some of the users sohld be trained as well really)
a) yes, I did try the /move up up 20 command and the game told me it was an unrecognized command. the /move up up <amt> only works if there is another item that the 'up' is picking up on. there was nothing else in my house but this single item that I could not pick up.
b) yes, as you stated it is important to not throw false accuations(sic) around...like telling me to try the command before I complain
c)click on 'Spell Check' its there for a reason.

Now that's bizarre considering the fact that I once had the same problem, was told to use /move up up 10 and it worked. Make sure that there is nothing unless in front of or on top of the item before using the command.
