Mozilla normally remembers the password permanently. It still has the password in memory, but I have to click the login button, which is aggravating.

It looks like it is, if they've deliberatly put the "5 minute AFK timer" back into the forum code, then whoever is in charge of these forums is a complete retard. Making the forums for a game annoying to use WILL NOT help with customer retention.

I've lost TWO very thoughtful, long responses to threads that I tried to post because the stupid forums timed out on me while I was writing.

How about this: I can't log in to the boards at all using IE now (gives me a 'we are experiencing technical difficultes, please try again later' message). I had to log in using Mozillia.

Now not only can I not log in using IE...I can't browse the boards at all using IE: I go into the forums and ther e are 'no' posts!

Thank gods I have a different browser to fall back on in the event IE fails me. *pets Mozilla*

Beacuseunless mosilla has change a LOT since the last time i used it i could'nt acces 70% of the sites i tried with it and the 30% i could would only work 30% of the time.I use IEcause I likebeing able to access 99.9% of the sites i want 99.9% of the time. Yes I've been useing sp2 on my server since the day it came out and have'nt had a single blue screen or crash. In fact in the comeing on for 2 years now the only times my pc has been off has been for upgardes and it has NEVERcrashed or blue screened ONCE in all that time of running 24/7. let me guess your a linux freek ? don't get me started on that sad exuse for an os

I noticed that during this "bonus period" where the forums have been behaving, I had different results using different browsers. IE5, IE6, and Opera. By far Opera was the best and it always remembered the password from day to day, till this last change. Not only that but now I also have to manually close the user/pass screen.
