I've been a Pistoleer for over a year and never had more than 800k.
Which brings up my point, I've been playing since June 27 last year and I've never had more then two million. I'd rather spend my time doing something other then running missions till the cows come home.

Yep and he did completly ignore the 'surrounding' info like 'going out for making money for a week or two every few month'
That whole result lacks two things to be 'worth reading'
a) Overall amount of data (if you grab some 20 ppl's data on the forums you might as well consider your attempt to gather real infos as 'failed')
b) Lack of taking more than the mere 'x credits on the account' info into account

Your numbers are skewed. I'll be willing to bet that swords/rifles really top the list.
I agree, you have to look at earning potential. In the combat area sword and rifle (in that order), being the two highest damage dealing profs have the highest earning potential. More importantly you have to broaden your study to different play styles. Anyone grinding missions three hours a night regardless of prof is probably very wealthy, its just that some profs will do it faster than others. What I would start out with is constructing some variables like find out what an average TKA does with their profession for money, then you can multiply that by fictional game times/scenarios.
It wouldbe a very interesting study, but overall you need to expand your dataset to account for variables in game and look at who can earn what and in how much time.
