Yep, Mellichae["Boss" of the Aurillia quests], and one of the pilot trainers both have robot arms.
The art is in the game, currently there is no way for a player to modify themselves with it.

Before you all get excited, its just what RP'ers do with powerhammers changing to lightsaber skins I think 
they use a client side mod to change the skin of something to make fun screenshots or just roleplay

it looks real my gues is its a photo shop but is not problya client mod to make comp look like mando and give all humans the robot arm as you only see 1 char in the each shot and the second one is a tippless glove you can set them black with white fingers.

Robotic arms/forearms/hands are real, they just haven't been coded into the game for players yet. However, they do exist...They first appeared in the Publish 10 .tre files, and, if I'm not mistaken, Mellichae of the Force-Sensitive quests has a robotic arm.

As far as I know, the color on the mando armor isn't random. Isn't it the same color as the BH armor used t make it?

It would be nice to have it in game! Only downside is everyone would have one.

If you actauly closely examine the picture it is obviously a fake, the arm doesn't quite match up with the rest of the body and the level of detail is lower on the arm then the rest of the picture. It's probably just sombodys pic of what they WANT their character to look like.

GHOST used to be on Bria, i think they're HAUNT or something now. Anyways, that can't be real, and if it is someone hacked into his SWG files and changed some stuff client-side, that can be done but only the person who changed his files can see the changes. More than likely thats what happened here.
I know for a fact there's robo- arms on NPC's though, saw one on a Rebel Pilot trainer an thought it was pretty cool, that's why I had to look at this post

are their still people who cant read?
its a client side mod, not a photoshop
of course it doesnt match up, its not scaled for every possible character shape and size because it is not for us to use
as for the level of detail, they look the same to me

on the mando colour thing the people on flurry who are trying to get a set thats all one colour say its random so it seems the colour you get is 100% random.
