i guess the point is, quenkers don't drop tissues and pearls. would you expect someone to have some manners and leave someone to "their" spawn of, say, Axva.

No the point is you folks seem to think it justified to gank someones kill if the loot is worth something. If thats the thinking then xp is worth just as much so steal it ALL.
Actually, the folks here think its wrong to gank *anyones* lair or spawn. you're the one that says its ok if they do it to you when you Krayt hunt. You're bitter and angry about Krayt kills and steals whether they do it to you or you do it to them. thats not good. And you shouldn't apply it to other aspecs of the game. durni's or meatlumps or pikets. KS'ing is bad no matter what the mob is and no matter what the loot may be, and it doesn't matter if its been done to you, its still bad.
I have to admit though, I like it when the KS'ers reveal themselves.

Don't get me wrong I do believe KS'ing is very wrong. The problem being is there is no control over stopping it and then guys like me do get "angry and bitter." I would love it if I started to attack something then it became my kill only but until that day comes it seems that everything in the game is up for grabs.

Only time I Kill steal is when a particular person is a chronic kill stealer and I remember who they are and have asked them to stop. If they take the I dont' care attitude then I have no problem jumping in their spawns or what not. But I'm not going to go and KS from some player I don't know just because someone else did it to me. I remember one time on Dath there was someone that would always just come and jump right in the middle of my nightsister spawn and even attempt to get me killed in the process. Until one day I found a 900 damage pike and I got speedcapped.They were swordsman and had KS'd from me many times, despite repeated please not to do it (and not in a whinning way either, I was polite) Anyway, I just went back and made a point to jump in every spawn he had, until finally he didn't mess with me anymore, But I never bothered anyone else out there.
