heres a nifty little tidbit i found today
if you go to the holocron, click on customer service, and click on the third tab at the top [top known issues] it will show you a list of the top know issues in the game
just so happens the sixth one down is this one

Excellent, I had no idea that was there. Well at least they know it's there, now they just have to /fix it.

That was that !
I wondered why I had a ticket back in my inventory while I didn't remembered to have clicked this box...
Fortunately it was a trip for dathomir outpost and there isn't many ways to return from...
