TH what about the /getVeteranReward command I'm confused. I tried it and it lists 90 days, 180days and 270days rewards. All of them appear to give the same reward ? Does this mean i get 3 rewards??? .... confused I am.

Ok not the same command but very close does that count hehe

That is just the interface. In this instance, the Party Barge is a 180 day reward and the only reward you can select at the moment.

So does that mean that there are plans for more veteran rewards. I'm currenlty over the 1 year mark, and nearing the year and a half mark. It would be nice to have something for those milestones as well since I have been a loyal customer since launch and a contributor to beta.

If I use my 180 day reward, does that subtract 180 days from my total veteran time, so that I will no longer be able to get the 360 day reward, if a 360 day reward does come to light?

are the days "spent" like money? i am eligable for the 360 day reward but if i get it will it "spend" 360 of my days? i wanna get the yacht too, so i dont wanna have to save up for it again if that is the case. if its not then i can just claim the 360, 270, 180, and 90 day rewards right?

if I have 400 days on the books and get the 180 day reward, does then set my days back to 220?

can we have an answer TH?

i know in beta i used the 450 day reward to get the yacht. it asked if i wanted to use the 450 day to take the reward, i hit yes, and then could no longer access the 450 day. only 90, 180, 360

darn that sucks. well if 180 days it a yacht, 360 days must be something REALLY awesome when they put it in.... right?

TH, I've been active, uninterupted since my forum login date, which puts me at Day 1 or 2, depending. when I logged in, it said "Gratz, you're eligible for 270 day veteran reward" (or something to that effect). When Iwent to /getvet, it gave me the screen for90-180-270. I clicked on 270 and instead the only prize listed is the 180 day prize. My /checkvet gives me 311 days. Since I've been active since June28th, shouldn't I have access toany rewards?....any help? or submit a ticket?

I knowthe users have a Dev. Tracker. Is there a User Tracker?

The same paradigm; except reversed.

Do developers 5 star or 1 star posts?

It sure feels that way sometimes.

There absolutely is a User Tracker.

Down at the bottom of a forum list, you'll see a button labeled "User Search". When you search for a user and bring up their information, there will be a link in their profile titled "Find all Posts by This User". When you click on that, if you look at the heading of your web browser it will say "<person's name> Tracker".

Example: When I do a search for all of my posts, I will see "MaxSteele Tracker". I have this bookmarked and use this to quickly find my posts so I can see if there are any replies to it.

Everyone...

I tested this out in beta with a bunch of different characters.

Here's what I discovered.

Each number is basically like a cert.

Each individual"cert" actually wokrs somewhat like a gift card.

90 days cert, 180 days cert, 360 days cert, etc.

The yacht just requires the 180 days.

If you use the 360 days or more, than you are wasting that "cert".

Just use the 180 days one.

When you use the 180 days option... you still have all of theother ones to use (90 days360 days and so on)

You cannot use the 180 days again though.

That is how it worked on JTL beta anyways.

Basically they've set it up so that other rewards can possiblybecome available in the futureand we can use this system to recieve/choose them.

If you have the 360 days "cert" then you can get any of the rewards listed at the 360 day requirement and below.

let's say, for playing 90 days you can get a free melon.

For playing 180 days you can get a Yacht.

For playing 360 days you can get a "I love Palpatine" T-shirt.

You can choose to use the 360 days "cert" to select any one of those rewards.

If you use the 360 day "cert" to buy the melon (which only required 90 days)... then (you're a weirdo and...) you no longer have that 360 days "cert" (guess it's more like a gift card) and you would not be able to use the 90 day nor the 180 days to claim the palpatine t-shirt as it requires the 360 days "cert".

If you use the 90 day cert, then you no longer have that 90 day cert/giftcard, but you still have the 180 days and 360 days to buy the other rewards.

All in all, it makes little sense to have this system of "certs" unless they start introducing equally certed options. So no need to worry currently.

Perhaps in the future it may work like this...

If you have played for 100,000 days you can choose either the Krayt Pet or the Darth Vader Helmet.

Then you would have a choice to make.

As it stands now, simply use the the amount of days that the reward states is the minimum requirement.

I grabbed the yacht on beta using the highest number and got the same yacht that I recieved with another character using the lowest required number, so there was no difference other than using up that "cert" needlessly.

I hope that made sense and helps.

And in no way am I suggesting any of those fictional rewards be used in-game... though i do own a T-Shirt that says, "I voted for Antilles". (AOTC reference)

Which character gets the reward? All characters for who exist for that time? or just 1? Even just one on jedi accounts i.e. main & jedi - we have to choose wisely?

I think the 450 day reward is a coupon for one free night at Madam Quenkers All-Night Tonsil Wash Emporium and Whoopie Parlor (Rodians ride free), but I could be wrong. If it is, then every doctor in the galalxy better get a jump start on crafting a large cache of disease healing meds. I can donate a few crates of moldy bread to the cause, if needed.

My account was created on december 27th 2003, and the account was never shut down.

/getveteranrewardtime returns 191 days. Hell it's almost 300 or more already. I'll get the sorosuub ok, but do i have to play 2 years to get a 360 days reward if it ever gets implemented?

Also can't be only days logged in, I was logged in almost every day since i have the account. Perhaps not every, but certainly it was not 100+ days that i wasn't logged in

Others are getting 450 days as answer... thats around 1 year and 3 month, so might actually be possible they started right after launch... but why does it count correctly for them, and not for me?
