no way but waiting (as it stands now) to get that food to digest. Your stomach SHOULD clone empty, your previous self having eaten/drank it...

That's actually a good idea. The /puke animation should let you empty your stomach and take different things. Either that or they should let chefs make some kind of ex-lax food.

If the /puke command worked we'd have all those little puke piles building up like in those Theme Park games.
Then we could have a new profession: sanitation worker!

Would be a good idea to be able to empty your stomach of all food and drink. That way you could use other foods or drinks, but it would mean that you would use the command after your food or drink has ran out of its effect. Would be handy for crafters though

the reason food still exists after you clone is a game balance issue. Due to the large amount of benefits from foods, being able to purge or eat food after cloning can provide game balance issues. The developers have explained many time that the way food currently works, requires the filling to remain after cloning.

While this is not realistic, it is there to maintain game balance. Check previous dev postings on this matter for a more detailed explaination.

it is not there to maintain game balance... that is a lame excuse.

Yes it is, some examples:

  • I fill up on bespin port while crafting, then get a friend to kill me, my stomach empties and I can drink more and get the benefits.

  • I use Havla & Bivoli while buffing, once i am full i get a friend to kill me, my stomach empties and i can have more.

Any food or drink that hasa limited number of uses as opposed to a duration can be used without any drawbacks (time waiting for the stomach to empty)if the stomach emptied on cloning.

When you clone you are no longer under the effects of the food, yet your stomach remains "full".

I don't believe your argument holds up, as the benefits of eating food after cloning do not "stack".

Oh but it does hold up. What if the effects of the food wears off and you are full. Get someone to kill you so you can eat/drink more? That's not balanced.
