Still collecting Force Crystals. Got two that are double force crystals, and have the bit about being melee components, but I collected two other crystals that just say that.. crystal. They don't SAY they're force crystals and the description just says they're a crystal. What are these for, if anything?

Hmm, yes you're right it does. Doesn;t say FORCE CRYSTAL though. Does anyone's single crystal say FORCE CRYSTAL?

In my personal experience (sp?) I have found all my crystals on tatooine, killing tuskens, but they do drop of meatlumps (so am told).

As to what type of crystals droped, I think thats random, but singles seem to be a rarer drop than twins.

I've looted 2 singles and 3 doubles all from Meatlumps on Corellia. This was back in January so the spawn rates/types might have been changed... And I haven't gotten another since then.

Actually I think that any of the "Mobs" drop them. I was finishing Nym's quest on Lok, and got the twin from one of the guys in the research center.

Why any of these low life mobs would be carrying force crystals is beyond me.

A"Mob" is any attackable creature in the game, as opposed to NPCs which are creatures you can converse with. "Meatlumps" are a specific type of humanoid mob, supposedly any type of humanoid mob can drop crystals, not just Meatlumps. Personally, I've gotten 5 from Jawas and 2 others from other low-level humanoids on Tatooine, 6 singles and 1 double.

I killed about a thousand plasma thieves on Naboolast week, got two twin crystals. I was looking for locked containers, got none. Le sigh.
