how do you get him to spawn at the fort??? i heard its a quest..anyone know which one?

I heard he is a random spawn at the fort as well as part of the mission when Victor Visalis is in power in the bestine elections.



There is also the chance of finding one as a random spawn - I came across one near the squill cave a week ago with an observer and a bunch of warlords.

I met one outside the Fort. I had just left after fighting awhile so my health was very low. Hopped on my speeder and he knocked me off in one hit. (Looked very cool even if it was me being knocked off my bike)


He didnt deathblow me though.

I remember running from an observer at the fort and I got all the way to the gate before I feigned death so he just stood over me waiting till I got up and the funny thing was every person who would ride up to the gate on their speeder ready for a morning of grinding would get one shotted LOL! this was the funnyest thing I have ever seen playing this game he felt like my own little minion. They never knew what hit them

I have yet to see the Observer inside the fort...he's always hanging around the "Tusken March" area..north of the fort.

While in the caves beneath the fort, 2, yes TWO Tusken Observers spawned and whacked me good. A friend was coming down to res me and one chased him right up and out of the caves and into the city where he commenced to kill everyone topside. It was kinda funny that there were 12 of us at the cloning facility in Mirage city. We found that one ended up taking a stand at the main entrance 1 shotting us and the other moved down to the back door waiting down there.


What a time that was.

Dang they have high hams and awesome resists! barely scratched one with my Master TK character

this guy is a random spawn as far as ive seen on the scylla server, ive had him show up in the caves and on top... the observer was even near the player city built close to it a few times... i was in a group recently that killed him. 12 of us, 2 tanks and took about 30 minutes to kill him... but boy was it fun!



Good...bad... Im the guy with the gun....

I've taken out all three tuskans multiple times, not worth it always no or crap loot

i dont like those things, they seem to go threw my wookiee armor a lil to quickly

It was certainly an experience, two of us me a low level commando and a wanderingmaster Fencer decided to have a go at the Executioner last Saturday. Now that was fun, the two of us standing against the Witch Doctor, the Executioner and an observer. Things heated up when the second observer spawned and started attacking.


By the time all four lay dead we had a fair bit of an audience and I walked away with the executioner's head and a Tusken mask with Stun Resist 15, Fire Resist 17 and Intimidation 17. Shame the durability was only 40/47, but it was a blast.

These bad boys are tuff....tried to solo one using conceal but barely budged his 250k ham bar. Any ideas on how to properly solo them or are they not worth it? ( loot wise) ?


With a 2500 buff he really did some dmg to me when I tried a head shot...lucky had my bike out.


Any pointers?
