Thread: How do you pause the game?

Well why didn't you say so before? You see, the game's Pause system is quite complicated. There is no specific key you can push for it, because the pause function is sent when you drink any number of industrial cleaners. Try it out!

Is this for real? lol. Funniest stuff in a long time. Have you ever seen the TV show "Charmed" on the WB. You have to do that thing with your hands and everything stops.

Just to clarify:


This game uses a persistent world model.


If this does not answer the question COMPLETELY you need to look up the word that is giving you trouble. It is just like asking why you can not pause LIFE when you want to stop and think about something. You can't. While you sit contemplating your bowel movements the rest of world is passing you by...hopefully with air freshener.


So in conclusion, the only way to truly pause your character in the game is to:


/quit

Oh come on people, if you want to pause just disconnect from the game and reload when you get back, it makes you covert, people see you as LD, and it takes two seconds to load back up.

I agree with your point but no need to exaggerate. It takes more than 2 seconds just to get LaunchPad to render and start checking for updates.

No, you cannot pause the game. You can type /afk to let people know you are going to be away from the keyboard, but you can't pause your game.

Actually, on a decent computer it will. Disconnect, not exit. Disconnect brings you back to main menu, not having to restart the laucnhpad.


About pausing an ONLINE GAME, (chuckles), you çan't. The servers ALWAYS run! There isn't a way to [ause it without other people's games stopping too. Your first post made you sound like an immature selfish ass hole, of course I have a problem of seeing that in people right away.
