Yea i thought it would have been an old clip, and i guess it has been posted on these forums before also. But when i saw it i thought it would not matter much as the clip is so funny :-) , today at work i could not stop saying "i sensed you" when a co-worker came by 
If you have not seen the clip yet, do it now, it sure is worth the time :-)
If anyone knows in what show and whenthis clip was shown in, please let me know. This is by far the best clip ive seen in years (starwars related that is).

That's the show I believe; "Dead Ringers" a British comedy. Varies from bl00dy hilarious (like this clip) to a bit repetitive.

from your description it sounds like it is From Dead Ringers, a comedy on the BBC, it started as a radio show then moved into a TV Show, John Culshaw does a part where he goes around London and places as the Tom Baker incarnation of Dr Who, he also does a very Funny George Bush and many many others, it is one of the greatest Impressionist Shows there is out there (UK Comedy RULES you all
