Hey Devs,
I was recently Ripped off out of 2 million credits for something the Devs should have taken care of.......
The other day, Sunday October 31st, 2004 I was running around, dancing for FS Quests and what not.... Was on my way to the Coronet to get a Doctor Buff when I noticed a Player Named As-Denk Ace barking that he had an AV-21 Speeder for Sale, to Please Send Tell w/ offer. I have always wanted an Av-21 so I offered originally 1 Million Credits to which As-Denk Ace replies NTY, so I said ok, how about 2 Million? Which he replied ok, so I go off to trade this guy and everything looks good and fine, the object makes no mention of Condition...... So I trade for 2 Million and it turns out the Guy ripped me off by selling me a DISABLED AV21..... He immediately ran over to a corner like a DOG that he is and quickly SIGNED OFF. HOW THE HECK CAN U TRADE A DISABLED VEHICLE..... Isn't this something the Devs should have taken care of by now..... I dont know about most people, but I put in tons of time EARNING my credits, for which I was up to a significant amount finally. I have submitted a harassment ticket to have it state ticket submitted but when I look under open tickets, there are none...... Comeon Devs help me, this sucks, I have been severely taken Advantage of..... Obvioulsy had you guys taken care of this issue ( Trading DISABLED VEHICLES ) we wouldn't be having this discussion..... So can/will the Devs help me, STAY TUNED TO FIND OUT........ I REPEAT DO NOT DO ANY KIND OF BUSINESS WITH AS-DENK ACE, HE WILL ONLY END UP CAUSING YOU MORE GRIEF THEN YOU WOULD CARE FOR, A REAL SNAKE IN THE GRASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, first off they won't help you here, only a CSR can help you with that. Second, it's not smart to trade a vehicle that's not in deed form. Third, send a ticket, not harrasment claim to a CSR. People are not allowed to try and rip other players off like that in game.
A thing to do if you trade from datapad, make them show you the vehicle first next time.

Tell Fidz ingame , im the unofficial AV-21 Dealer. ill cut you a deal when you get your money back

Tried tried Tried Again, says Ticket Submitted, but NO OPEN TICKETS. DO the CSR's have a telephone number to call, I WOULD!!!

Fidz Man, thanks for the kind words, also for the rest of the understanding Players whom have posted I thank you for your kind understand and inspirational words of Wisdom. So far I have tried all suggested means of communication with CSR's.... After the first supposed ticket I submitted and the Thank you your ticket has been submitted, I tried again and again, but would not VERIFY his name, guess cus he signed off, or maybe cus a couple mins had passed, cus I finished my buff........
Fidz a buddy and I are interested in obtaining Two (2) Av-21's, Completed and in Working Order that is, LOL, not making the SAME DAMN mistake, not saying you would rip me off, just saying I will definately make sure that what ever I buy from now on is in DEED FORM!!!!
But like I said, myself, Ojikahn & my Buddy Teaka would like to work out a reasonable deal on two (2) Av-21's, maybe we can work out a trade, Teaka's a Shipwright, one of the few and proud, but also, I have THREE (3) Schematics for the Av-21 that I HAVE EARNED from my quests on the Vette, maybe Teaka has one too, but I would like to work out some deal, Teaka will pay for these. We are good buds and I have ALWAYS had his back, for whatever, cash, Combat Assistance, WHATEVER, and being ShipWright he has accumulated enough funds, that I will no longer need to help him with funds, so being the generous friend he is, he has Decided to take care of these himself, since I WAS JUST HELD UP BY A CRIMINAL NAMED AS-DENK ACE

It will prolly not help Fidz if your Not on the Lowca server, sobbing, lol

Contact CSR's ingame and they will help you out. This does suck but its not a Developer issue its a CSR issue and I'm SURE they will refund your money!!

File a ticket, it's up to them wether they want to help you or not. Good luck.

hhahhaha your kidding right? CSR's do not refund your money in any case nor do they give back items. Call it a learn experience and move on. If you get helped you would be one of the very few. I have lost PA's with 2 years paid on them in advance and they wouldnt give it back, and that could be confirmed. Trust me, take it as a loss and move on, I know it sucks but it just doesnt help to complain because they just dont care. Whats even more funny when SWG first started the rules said if you lose something, and we can verify that it you did own it and it was lost due to cheats, bugs, or blah blah blah, we will give it back to you.. YA RIGHT that never happens, now they just say we cant prove you ever had that.. I had my PA for 6 months and looking at any back up of the server could prove that.. Trust me, its a loss

CSR refunded me the other day.....
they also helped me get my money back from cheapass just like your AV21 story
