I just made Master Doctor and want to start up a Meds business.I want to get some Medicine Experimentation Tapes, but haven't been able to find any on my server for sale. With that said, what kind of MOBs drop +5 or above Medicine Experimentation Tapes? Any info is appreciated. Thanks!

I'm pretty sure SEA drops are randomized. If you're interested in which mobs drop SEAs, well you probably already know that (NS, DJK, DJM, etc.)

You probably will also find SEAs from those 'static loot' placed on various planet in dungeons or caves...though I have yet to see one such thing because I don't go to those places often, and when I do, they are camped (most likely by AFK people using macros.)

Well, has anyone actually looted +5 and above medicine experimentation tape off a MOB? I am thinking that even though it is random, certain MOBs are more likely to drop it that others...maybe? Any insight is helpful if you've personally looted one...Thanks!

One night a friend and I looted a +11 food experimentation off a Nightsister. In auction now. Same night I looted +5 food experimentation, +3 food assembly boots off a tusken chief.

The harder the mob the better the tapes. Those wimps just out of cornet...get a +2 and your lucky. But get a tape off a dark jedi master with 350k hams and you could be looking at a + 25. You want to kill npc's not monsters. And dont expect to go out one night and get all you need...they dont drop all to often. Id say one attachment out of 50 kills but thats probably low. And the mods they can have are compleatly random....so there isent a good mob for medic tapes just tapes over all.

Friend got a +3 doing Imperial missions, so dropped from some Rebel NPC. But those guys only seem to drop very rarely.

i have seen people loot SEA's off of stormtroopers. considering espa is full of them now, there's a pretty good chance with buffs and some armor you'll find one.
